THe Cyber Security bill is a night mare by it's self! Add this unconstitutional Amendment and it is really A POS!

Is it not funny that the stupid lefties try their darndest to legislate laws concerning guns, mags etc., but fail to realize that only the law abiding citizen is affected by their stupid laws!! The criminal just laughs and scoffs at their laws and then knows that the law abiding citizen won't have hi cap mags, or may not have a gun in areas that post" no firearms allowed", so they know they are safe to reek havoc and no one will be able to stop them. But those very same lefties that try and push anti gun laws have guns of their own or have body guards! Chicago mayors and politicians come to mind here...but yes, call the politicians and tell them to vote NO.

It's not really at all about 'stopping criminals.' these lawmakers are true criminals. They know we're catching on and the public is waking up. They are trying to do what they can to control the population before people finally revolt. It's why they (homeland security) just bought millions of .40 cal. hollow points, bullet proof mobile check points, they're getting ready to deploy drones in the USA... There's much more going on. It's later than people realize... past time to wake up. Too many have 'slept in' way too long.

It's funny. In MA if I'm caught with a normal capacity (hi cap) that's not made before a magical date it is a felony. When I look in the paper/ local news almost daily some thug is getting pinched with an illegally possessed gun. RARELY do these bottom feeders get prosecuted rightfully; even under the mando sentencing laws judges are playing discretion. But because I am not a scumbag (my wife may argue) I have to limit my capacity to play by the rules otherwise I will get the book thrown at me just so Mass Democrats can make a statement. The clowns that make these laws are clueless. When do bad guys ever play by the rules?

By the way, in the state where McCarthy's (Big supporter of 10 round mag cap) husband was unfortunately murdered on the Long Island Railroad, NY, there is already a prohibition on magazines holding more than 10 rounds. I guess that didn't help in NY... Why would it help elsewhere?

It has nothing to do what so ever with Crime Control or a Citizens Safety and has everything to do with Control of THE PEOPLE so that they need not fear us the way the Founding Father's intended for the government too. That's the real reason that we have the 2nd Amend. in the first place, to keep the government in fear of THE PEOPLE. Without that fear the government can run rough shod over it's Citizens.

Just look at Nazi Germany. Guns for Citizens were illegal. Along with a lot of other things. Kind of hard to overthrow a nut with spit balls. Of course, that was the intent.
