Are you right or left eye dominant?

Right eye dominant and you close it? Just curious but why? Bad vision in that eye?

If you close your right eye, you're left eye dominant.
Just takes practice. It gets easier the more you do it.
It was actually an easy transition after I changed my stance to isosceles. Much more natural to use both eyes and keeps you more aware/alert to things around you.

I need to work on using both eyes too. I'm right handed and close my left eye. Sorry I was just curious.

You can only focus with one eye. Hold your hand out in front of you about a foot or more and make an "O" with your thumb and pointer finger. With both eyes open pick a light switch or picture on the wall. Then close one eye and then the other. Whichever eye has the object centered is your dominant eye. Having both eyes open aides in situational awareness and other benefits. It'll take some practice but the need to close one eye can be overcome.;)
