Looking to purchase a gen 4 G17 soon, anything I need to know, need to buy, need to never buy? I plan on running it stock till I get a couple thousand rounds through it and see what I do and do not like about it. Any suggestions on anything? Btw im from northwest ohio, and enjoy motorcycles.

Congrats on your choice...the G17 stock is a very fine weapon.

Put a few hundred rounds downrange and you will know if you need anything else...
