Hello from the state of Arizona. Love the gun laws but not the heat so much.

Moved here to Phoenix suburbs almost one year ago. Love the freedom (it's palpable) but still getting used to the heat. 90+ degrees at 0900 is tough to get used to but the ability to buy any gun I want from a gun store in minutes makes it worthwhile.

Bought a 43X today for $459 with night sights. Only came with one mag but I was planning on buying some Shield S-15 mags when they come available so not a big deal. Can't wait to take it to Pinal County Shooting Range to break her in when I've found some 9mm ammo!

Thanks for accepting me into your forum. Hope to contribute as much as I can.

  15. Welcome, but my condolences. Left that **** almost 30 years ago. The year I started in January counting the days until 110F, I figured that was it for me.

  16. First hello. I came on here looking to find out what went wrong. I purchased 3 gen 1 Glock 17 poly 80’s. 2 went just fine functioned properly, third only fired full auto. Took all 3 home and disassembled and replaced parts from the one that fired full auto with one that worked properly. Went back to the range and still fired full auto. After disassembling again I noticed I had filed the rear slide rails very thin. Was tho only difference I could find. Could this be my issue? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you and sorry if this post is in wrong place
