Some companies have fewer options for lefties. I have found that Alien Gear, CrossBreed, HiddenHybrid, and Alabama Pocket have always been happy to make the left-handed products I desired. Galco refused to provide a left-handed version of one of their holster I wanted, but I do have one left-handed Galco that I like a lot. Azula seems to make most of their products available for lefties, and their leather seems to be good quality.
