Just finished the book this morning. I have to agree 100%. Absolutely great book! I'm not a reader at all but I couldn't put the book down

I'm on chapter 15 and if it weren't for other obligations I too would have read the thing straight through. It's a great book and only 12.99 for kindle.

+1 - good and speedy read. If you want to understand some of the industry dynamics of the last 30 years and how it factored into the 'rise', then this one's for you.
