I finished the book "Glock The Rise of Americas Gun" the other day. It is a fascinating read. The book is unbiased and enjoyable to read. 268 pages of everything you probably didn't know about our favorite pistol, Gaston Glock and gun rights in America.

I'm on chapter 15 and if it weren't for other obligations I too would have read the thing straight through. It's a great book and only 12.99 for kindle.

+1 - good and speedy read. If you want to understand some of the industry dynamics of the last 30 years and how it factored into the 'rise', then this one's for you.

  5. never realized how important alcohol and "dancers" were to the "rise" of Glocks
