i have had nothing but good experience with them. i was really impressed when i sent the gen4 19 back on thursday dec22 and had the gun back two days ago on jan9. not bad at all with two holidays in between and the fact they paid overnight shipping both ways. i've had good luck just emailing them in the past also and leaving a cell number. always get called back in a timely manner.
