Anybody have a experience with them? I emailed them twice in the last month with no response. When I called the operator said "I know who can help you" and I got sent to a voice mail. I'm pretty aggravated now. I think I may need to shoot my M&P more.

Did you leave a message on the voicemail? What problem are you having?

Glock has, in my experience, the best customer service not just in this industry but in any.

Until after the SHOT Show, you might not get as quick a response as normal. Glock, for as big of a company as they are, is not a huge operation here in the U.S. I'd love to work there; it's a great atmosphere. It's the only place I've ever been where every employee I see is happy and smiling at work.

I contacted them after the factory installed front sight on my brand new 23, fell of just a week after I got it. I spoke to a person, they sent me two replacement sights and four of the plastic pins to hold the sight in free of charge. They didn't even ask for the serial number off the gun.

Shot Show is coming up but that isn't an excuse.
Leave them a message.

Yeah I think it's just my luck. Gonna call em again tomorrow. I'll leave a voice mail and my #. I have heard nothing but good about them so I think it's just my piss poor timing. I love my Glocks too much to hold a grudge.

I left them a voicemail bout 3 weeks ago and left them my ph number and address and reason for contacting them (it was after hours) and never heard back from them yet, this was the 1st time for me to have this problem, they are a big company and sometimes things get lost in the shuffle,i just blame it on my own dumb luck and plan to call again during busness hours

Well from my experience they are great. I used to live in GA where the Glock U.S. headquarters is located. I bought a LEO trade in G22 that came with one mag, the pawn shop I went to had a box full of used mags so I bought two more and they were all dirty and would not slide out when I hit the mag release. So when I took to Glock to have them look at the firearm to check and see if all of the internals were up to date I asked the armorer if there was anything he could do to make the mags slide out easier and he said he'd take care of it. When he was finished he just replaced the old worn out mags with three brand new ones.
