Here is a Customer Safety Awareness Form that is supposed to be signed and attached to the stores copy of the ATF Form when a customer purchases a brand new GLOCK.
The safety steps seem common sense to me but I really like #4 the best.
Many new Glock owners that have never seen this might want to review the steps as well. Safety procedures never get OUTDATED to me.
