Since you have experience with both, do you have any preference? I've read that green is supposed to be easier for the eyes to pick up.
The green is by far better all around. They are both bright at night, but the green is easier to pick up at any lighting. That being said, a laser is an aid. It will never replace good shooting fundamentals.

I have a Crimson Trace rail mount laser on my Glock 17 and see no reason why it would not work on the 43X. I use the Holosun on my 43x MOS. if you carry your 43x and decide to go with the laser, you will find some difficulty in finding a holster that will work and may have to get it custom made. There are a few holsters made for certain kinds of laser but I still have not found one that will work with my G17 and my laser.
