Same here, I have 2 10 round mags i carry. The g21 mag (with the adapter piece pictured above) and 27 round mag i use for the range but i keep them all loaded.Webphisher said:I use the 21 mags at the range, but I carry with just the 10rnds mags. Easier to conceal IMO.
No What I did was put it on the mag and fully seat the mag then tighten the Allen screw down. Did all of them that way and have yet to have a problem with the mag seating!I'm curious. Do you have any problems seating mags w these adapters/sleeves on the mags?
IIRC the feed lips are a bit different. Glock was going to make some G30 mags with the G29 base plate that would have been 9 round but I don't know if they did it or not. You could use a G29 base plate on a G30 mag and it'd drop your capacity down to 9 rounds and make the gun even easier to conceal but not by much. I'd like to pick up a couple G21 mags with the mag adapters for Home Defense, that way when you grab and go you'll have 3 more rounds on tap which is always a good thing. Will the glock 21 mag work in a glock 20 just a question?
