I need some opinions on which glock to purchase? I'm very interested in glock 27 or glock 30. I don't care if it's gen 3 or gen 4. Just wanted to get y'all expert opinions on which to purchase. I already have a gen 3 glock 23 and a gen 3 glock 21sf. So I'm not very interested in 9mm glock 26. I just want something in those calibers :)

Can not go wrong with either. Since it is probably for CCW and not the range, ammo cost should not be a factor. I would vote 27 for two reasons. One being capacity and the other being to cancel out Dutchs vote.:D both are fine weapons. Toss a coin.

But, but, but, you get so much bang for the buck in the highly concealable 30..........:)

Yeah, I'm kinda leaning more towards the 27 anyways. Greatly appreciated!

Glock 30!
Standard magazine - 10 rounds of .45, instead of 9 .40s&w.
A little over 6oz heavier, which would be a concern in a purse, but for a man, no big deal. :D
The .40s&w was an answer to a problem that the .45 had already corrected 100 years ago. :)

Being it's a .45 how is the recoil? I mean in my 21 it's not too bad.
Alright Shooter, Chime in here, you carry one EVERY day! I have a 21 as well. The truth for me is I had a 30 and I love the gun, I just was not comfortable with the size. Shooter can tell you more about how it shoots when he sees this. Maybe... He will:D

Nothing wrong with a .45, I love my 1911 :D show it to all my friends, only problem is he is tired of looking at.

The 30 is on my list as well, but then again, so are the other models I do not have yet.

Dual recoil spring in the G30 makes the recoil very manageable. No snap like the .40, probably the same as a G21.

I had them both. For carry comfort the 27 is the best by far. The 30 is a brick and a heavy one at that (compared to the 27). I recently sold my 30 to a good friend and bought a 36. So now I still have the best of both worlds.

I tried the G27, G30, & G36...after shooting all of them I bought the G30. It really comes down to personal preference I guess.
I am looking to add to my collection so I will have more tough decisions. ;)
