Is it me? I recently replaced my older G 27 with a Gen 4 and I think that the trigger pull weight is a little higher on the Gen 4.

I looked inside and found a bump on the gen 4's trigger bar.

What do you guys think?

Could be cause it's also brand new. Put a drop of gun oil on the connector/trigger bar contact. Then start putting some wear n tear on it.

You may have the standard connector in your 27. Field strip your gun and look at the left side of the connector. If it has no markings it's standard. The Dot connector of course has a "Dot" on the left side. The Dot connector has a lighter pull. If you don't have one and would like one, just call Glock and I'm sure they would send you one.

I think this connector option is Glock's way of dealing with the pimple on the trigger bar and it's added weight to the pull.

Both guns that I used for comparison have the Ghost 3.5# connector and the internal friction points have been polished.
