G30 question

I just got a used one the other day, and with 10 rounds in the mag it is damn near impossible to rack the first round. Ive fired my friends 21 and no issues there, and my 19 racks as easy on the 1rst round as it does the 15th, any suggestions?

I've just been loading one bullet from a "barney" mag and then inserting a regular magazine filled with 9.

I've tried it with 10 in the mag but it's just not that "dependable" in that condition so I go to the 9+1 configuration.

AD (love the G30 as my daily carry gun though)
