Being that the Gen 3 RSA is the same for the 19/23/32, or at least that's what I saw when I looked it up, the G19 ejector might to the trick.

Update: I had to teach a class this last weekend so i decided to try the new mag springs. They worked flawless. I actually didn't noticed any casings flying stright up. They all looked like they were flying in a 45 degree angle. So far so good. I'm trying to see if the 33rd one gets better before I get rid of it.

Might be the answer. Most times GMO barrels are clearly labeled. Gangsta Model Only Parts are very popular. Change the sights and you should have no problems.
