I have done a lot of reading and talking to competition shooters as well as LEO and I am definitely getting a FO (Fiber Optics) front sight with a plain black rear. I was looking at these that Dave Sevigny shot with on his Glocks.

But I also am impressed with Dave Spaldings new sights! http://shop.templarcustomarms.com/Ameriglo-Spaulding-CAP-Sight-GL-616.htm so as time gets closer I will decide which one to get first to try out. I need 3 sets as of right now but 3 more Glocks will probably need them also and 6 sets of sights aren't cheap!
