Ffl and glock 18

    An u legally own a glock18 if u have an ffl i have a friend that is stationed in germany in the army and he said they sell them all over and can send me one but not sure if i can actually own one in the us if i have an ffl any one know if u can ?

    You need an FFL, a class three SOT and a letter requesting a demonstration/purchase for LEO/military. Then you can acquire one for sales and demonstrations to LEOs/military only. Failure to renew SOT will force you to surrender all NFA weapons, not personally owned. Failure to keep proper books and logs for FFL is a federal crime as well….

    FFL=$200
    SOT=$500/year
    NFA Transfer=$200
    + amount for the gun…

    Not an easy task… very expensive...

    Thank you for the info guess there is not gona be. A. G18 in my near future lol but maybe in the future when i have 2000 to wast just for one gun i cant ever use or carry i will just to say i have it
