My feeling is if you use any form of non-lethal force a lawyer can argue that either lethal was not needed, or that you should have been provided adequate time to escape after using non-lethal force.

Anything non-lethal can be twisted into second guessing and a million other things. If you genuinely believe your life is in danger, shoot them.

Depends on the state I'm in, I travel a lot, when I'm in a state that recognizes my ccw I carry my g27, extra mag, 4sevins preon 2, cold steel voyager, para cord bracelet, casio g-shock watch, Oakley radars.
