Do you need bigger pants for IWB holster?

  1. My N82 tactical IWB just showed up in the mail. It seems really tight with my normal everyday pants. Do I need to get a bigger size pants to wear with the holster?

  2. As a general rule, if you are planning to carry using an IWB system you should add 2 inches to your waistline when shopping for pants.

  3. Ok thanks. Yea it was pretty damn tight when I tried my regular pants on!!!

I lost 15 lbs and my Lee Jeans still need to be worn 1 day before IWB carry to loosen them up. My Wrangler Jeans are the same 38 waist and are good to go right off the hanger.

As my health is improving I am going to try and walk more, plus I can practice carrying my G30.

I enjoy the tactical pants that have the elastic in them…

I just lost around 15 pounds, and the IWB fits better now.
