What is the difference between 43x and 19 GEN 5 ?

There is a serious difference in the size of the barrel
I wonder what that means ...

The 19 is a shortened version of the full-size Glock 17. 15 round magazine.
The 43X is a slightly enlarged version of the ultra compact 43. Both of which were purpose built to be as small and concealable as possible. 10 round mag in 43X.

The main difference is size and ammunition capacity as they come, if you substitute the 43 X's 10 round OEM magazine for the after market Shield S 15 magazine the capacity difference is moot as they are both 15 round capacity, however the 43 X is somewhat smaller in overall size that the G 19.

Magazine capacity, weight and overall length are different between the two.
However, imho, the biggest difference between the G19 and G43X is width (slide and grip width), which will affect concealed carry and shooting.
