I live in Illinois but travel to Indiana and Wisconsin A lot. I heard of people getting out of state cards that are non residents. What is the easiest way to obtain a card, and from which state? Thank you for all of your help ahead of time.

I know that you can get a permit here in Indiana as an Illinois resident and it is honored in Wisconsin. I believe it will cost around $120. Just Google it and all of the info is there
