Tennessee Arms used to sell Clear AR lowers but I guess they got tired of complaints despite the warnings on their site. They’re still in business but dropped the clear lowers.
An AR lower deals with a lot less stress than a Glock frame during firing.

I’m going to assume the clear Glock frames you see are one offs that can’t handle actual use.

So looking into it the frame has ETS markings. ETS makes clear and tinted magazines for a bunch of different makes and models.
ETS website shows no frames available or pics that I saw. So probably just a promotional advertisement.

Has anyone tried to 3D Print a plastic lower on a Glock? Type of filament?
