How does one get access to post in LE/MIL forum? I seem to be able to participate in all other forums except that one (I'm accessing this site through iPhone app if it makes a difference).

Private Mail option...use the drop down menu under "MY ACCOUNT" ( top right hand side of page ) next to your log on name

A dropdown menu comes out, then click on "Send Private Message to TxShooter". This opens the PM dialog box. Type and SEND.
