Can you replace springs on the cheap mags?

I have a handful of the cheap Victory 33rd mags. The seem to work fine in my G19 but I recently picked up a Kel-Tec Sub-2000. All of my Glock mags seem to feed fine without any problems but when I use the Victory mags the Sub seems to recoil too fast and it catches the cartridge before it gets completely ejected. It will happen 2 or 3 times before I get through one 33rd mag. And it's ONLY when I use the cheap mags.
