Not to start a fight, however how do you rack the slide to chamber a round with a hand injured or occupied with stopping an attack? I have trained to catch the slide or rear sight on clothing but it’s not always successful, just asking.

I have an IWB holster from We The People and it's pretty comfortable with my Glock 17. I'm 5'10" and weigh 195 lbs, could lose a few pounds but I don't have a big gut like the guy in the video above.
This is really very personal, you should try a few holsters and see what works for you. It's also kind of an art form to not to print, and you may have to experiment with what type of clothes you wear.
And then there's the psychology of having a loaded firearm pointing at your junk but one way to deal with that is to not carry a round in the chamber.
(And I'm still waiting for my CCW application to get started ... which takes forever here in Alameda).
I have had training that employed using your belt, boot heel or edge of a table/fixed object. Not to start a fight, however how do you rack the slide to chamber a round with a hand injured or occupied with stopping an attack?
