I was hesitant because of reviews as well. It's been a couple of years now since I ordered from them and I've only ordered once. I think they were a bit slow to ship and they're not great at communication. As was said above, it's hit or miss and if you have a problem, good luck resolving it. If you don't have a problem, then it's no big deal.
