My first post here
So My question is Best way to make a custom grip? By your self....pix?
Custom Grip for? pistol? Revolvers? Wood? G10?
Glock 17 Gen3
Stippled mine. Was easy n cheap. 6$ sauntering iron.
Sweet! Looks good!
Thanks. Took me 2-3 hrs but since I have done 2 others for friends. It's really fun
What tools do you use?
Feels great too!!! I will do every glock I EVER own. Some ppl like it some don't. The best part is you can do it anyway you want. I even did the trigger guard.
By yourself? I used hockey tape on my old highpoint 9mm... anything to make that horrible plastic feel better, but it made it look like i stole it from a crack house. Not so good.
Sauntering iron. Emory cloth to clean the iron tip and time. Few other tricks I learned too
Use a flat tip instead of a point if you want this look...
I did a mild grip on the Glock and a hard grip on that Mossberg. I conceal a lot and did not want it too rough against my skin. I might make it a hard grip next week though... It will look just like the shotgun grip if I do.
Nice... How to sand the grip?
That's kinda funny
Grip Reduction + Stippling
Nice thought about a reduction myself
What exactly are you wanting to sand?
What about "Talon Grips"? Those seem to be very popular for Glocks. Really cheap too $10!
Glock 34 gen.4 with no backstrap added then sanded down a Beavertail Adapter then painted it and it is kept in place by my Pachmyer grips. It feels like a natural part of the frame. Pics will follow once I get Ms. Jones back from getting Sexified. Lol
Nice touch with the rail cover
