I've been using this IWB, the Desantis Infiltrator Air for my 19 and love it. I've owned Crossbread, Alien Gear and Mitch Rosen. I just bought one for my 43X but haven't started carrying it yet (like to feed a few rags of defense ammo thru a gun before I carry). It's light, breathes great in Summer, and yet sturdy enough to get lots of wear out of. And it's comfortable. I wear mine all day at work every day and it's about as unobtrusive as an IWB can be.
