I use the a chargeable battery for my Fenix TK11's. One rechargeable takes the place of 2 CR123's.

This is just a sample. There are other manufacturer's. They're worked well for me.

I just ordered that case last week and it was like 31, 32 bucks with shipping. I use those in my Pentagon light X2 Xenon. I don't think you will beat that price cause other sights charge more for less 123.
