Not sure about friendly tho...very opinionated and boderline arrogant

has been my experience there...depending on which manufactures firearm

you own...but hey, just my 2 cents. Some good information can be gleaned

from the site...I would lurk to get a feel for the mood.

Not sure about the App, I'm not a smart phone user...nor do I pretend to be !!:p

This is also not an endorsement. That site has taught me a lot about the platform. A LOT.

As Happysniper1 mentioned, has a wealth of information as well.

The boards are very different but I find both useful.

That a Member incorrectly interpreted my quoting him as a nudge for him being against the rules, in this thread. I have been in contact with that Member, whose input I quoted because I agree with his statement in its entirety. It is my hope that he would repost what he had originally posted, because his statement made a lot of sense.

    Thank you.
  12. My pleasure brother!

original post has been reposted, I thank you again for contacting me!

Now, back to the subject of ARs....

Ever since Shiflet first contacted me about details on AR builds, I have been thinking about putting together a post about building an AR from the ground up.

Towards this end, I have been purchasing parts here and there, and now have an almost complete set of parts to build a complete rifle.

Waddaya think? Anyone wanna see this?
