Welcome, have a G19c, like it, but wouldn't get a ported model again

Right now I've got PMC and Federal for range ammo. And I use the 147gr Hyrdashock JHP from Federal for carry ammo.

I bought tons of boxes of the Federal range ammo and I've heard mixed reviews on it. I'll let you know in a few days when I got sling a few hundred rounds down range.

Welcome to the forum. The G-19 is a great platform that will serve you well.As far as ammo, My gen 3 G-19 eats what ever it is fed.
