Does anybody use the +p ammo in there glock 9mm's? Any problems?
Yes a lot of the self defense stuff in 9mm is +p and it doesn't harm anything.
Thanks, I have shoot several types of jhp, never the +p though and after reading the warning on the side of the box was uncertain if I should put this in our glocks. Thanks again for your input!
Yea, I once ran a box of Remington Golden Sabre .45acp 185grain JHP through
my G30SF will no ill effect...
I carry +P+ but only put a mag full down the pipe once a year.
just a lil more pep in the step
Speer Gold Dot JHP in 147+P.
Take the worry about being close. Call Glock customer service and find out. You should do this before trying any new type of whiz bang ammo. Wouldn't want to blow your warranty by what one of us tells you now, would you?
Whenever you have a question along those lines, just call Glock. Just make sure you get the name of who you talk to though, just in case there's a warranty question later on.
9mm +P and +P+ is fine in Glocks. If you can find it, never ever shoot .40 +P. That's if you can even find it since .40 is already loaded at a +P power factor.
exactly what i shoot
It's what we were issued at the SO. I'm no longer there but I still carry it in my Gen4 26.
Thanks for everyones advice!
