I am looking for a good 10/22 rifle and tactical conversion/ dress up kit. any suggestions?

get the cheap blued 10/22 with the synthetic stock, they run under $200
Tons of options for a tacticool aftermarket stock. For the price I like the Tapco Intrafuse the best. it has a bottom rail too, but I leave the rail cover on mine so you can't see it in this picture
