G21 with a conversion barrel = G20.
Kind a two for one deal.
G26 is a very popular carry pistol.
I don't own a Glock in 22LR, but I hear much about ammo issues.
Don't see me getting one either, have a Ruger Mark something in 22LR that the the wife shoots extremely accurate.
Not going to change that up for her.
Nice job.. Video was enjoyable to watch.. I have a similar list, but a couple small differences compared to your list. I can't say anything about the Glock 26 as I have never fired one. But my list goes like this of my personally owned guns.
5. model 44
4. model 41
3.model 22
2.model 20
1. model 43X this is my all time favorite to shoot and carry of my guns..
I love the Glock 20 and 21 choices for winter carry in shoulder holsters! For summer carry I prefer the Glock 42 and 43. I can make a 43x by combining my G43 slide and 48 frames. It depends on whether you wig or wag!!!! I just love Glocks no matter how you look at it!!!!!!!!
With the bonus for the G 22 & G 35 is you can still find ammo to feed them, the past couple of years it's been ditch the 40's go with the 9 when in the current times one can still obtain 40.
Not finding any 40 lately. I wouldn't pay today's prices if I did find some. I love the 40's though. I have a couple of G22s and a G27. I fortunately am pretty well stocked on ammo for them.
I’m going to try and stop by Academy mid week instead of the weekend and see if I have any better luck with finding any .40 or .357 Sig. I’m right in between 2 different locations, but I won’t even try the Cypress location since I would guess there’s even more gun owners in that direction.
I can tell you what I’ve learned in the past few months getting ammo from academy. The 3 locations with the best chance of getting ammo and getting the most of it are:
Katy (I10 and 99) which is closest to the DC
Cypress (Fairfield)
Tomball
They get shipment in on MWF
I have the best luck in Tomball because the line is not crazy long at 8:30 and they seem to usually get something I want if I’m early enough. However, sometimes they get nothing so you’ve wasted your morning standing in line. Guess you gotta play if you want to win, lol.
Thanks for the info. “Magnolia Tom”. The distance from were I live for the 1st 2 locations isn’t that bad, but Tomball will be my last resort location.
I been thinking over my top 5 Glock list. Here it goes...
1. Glock 19
2. Glock 20
3. Glock 32
4. Glock 30
5. Glock 29
Side note... I carry a Glock .357 subcompact 80% of the time, but think the 32 is probably a better all around pic. Also the 19, could be substituted with the 26 with some 19 mags & xgrip, imho.
To each his own. I would put the 21,22, 17, 43X and 27 in my list in some order. I am not sure which Glocks I really favor. Some of the Glocks I own I haven't shot yet. I wont argue with your list though. The only Glocks I won't buy are the GAPs, I just don't see a future for those.
It somewhat makes sense and if there was a 10 round mag limit nationwide it might’ve faired better.
A .45 that fits in the regular frame Glocks instead of the huge gripped 20/21 size pistols.
But alas even the few LE agencies that went for them, I believe have transitioned to 9mm guns..
Bro is buying his G37 from the FHP. Just because it's his first duty weapon. The ballistics of that round was pretty decent. Yet 10+1(?) not good when they tell you you can only carry 3 spare mags.
