hey guy looking for some feed back on triggers. right now i have a GS Black ice 3.0 pound connector in my gen4 21 just installed havent shot yet. looking to get a new trigger itself flat face . but i figure if im going that far might as well do the safety plunger and the spring too.

I talked to a VT trooper and they are going to be aloud to modify their carry pistols. He was saying using a straight trigger gives you same pull every time unlike a curved trigger you finger might catch it at a different spot. as how it was explained makes total sense I am going to start looking into straight triggers for all my stuff.
This is just my opinion, so YMMV and all that but it 'seems' like any forum talk of failures, and true of Glocks also, happen after somebody 'modifies' their HG..If I'm going to CARRY a HG, Glock or any other, I'm not going to muck with it. Any 'issues' you may have with the trigger, as an example', will only be noticed at the range, but would disappear during the 'heat of the battle'..BUT for reliability of EDC HG, I'd say leave it alone.
Why hasn't anyone mentioned the APEX trigger, or any APEX kits for a Glock?
I have APEX polymer triggers and APEX sear springs in all of my M&P's.
In my S&W SD9 I only have an APEX trigger spring kit.
My newly acquired G21's factory trigger is good just like it is. I wish S&W's factory triggers were as good as Glicks factory triggers.
Probably the biggest complaint on S&W autos is their triggers. Apex has built their company on S&W replacement triggers and parts.
The M2.0 was supposed to fix the trigger. It’s better but the Glock seems better still to me.
They do make good stuff; but pricey. Gotta pay to play I guess. I sure like their minimalist magwell.
