Default Weird issue with G19 Gen4 today

I've got a G19 that I've only used twice. Once about 7 weeks ago, and the other time today. My wife shoots it first, and we notice that every round she shoots (about 10) is going very low.
I step up, give it a try and exactly the same thing happens to me. Pick up my PPX and with 4 shots get 3" group including 1 perfect bullseye.
Change out the ammo, have her shoot, same problem, I shoot, same problem.
I decide to strip it, looked at the recoil spring to make sure I had it in correctly after cleaning it the last trip to the range.
It looks fine, but just to be certain, I remove it, look at it, put it back in, and take a few shots. Back in business, shots from both of us are now close to POA.

My question is, has anyone ever has this happen before? It sure as hell looked like the recoil spring was in correctly.

Never had that happen. My question is, what makes you think the recoil spring has anything to do with POA/POI?

I was out of possibilities and grasping at straws. It shot fine the last time, this time all shots her low. Now the other possibility is there was something else wrong and by me removing the slide and removing the spring, putting it back together solved the problem. I don't know what would have caused it. I'm at a loss.

Maybe the barrel wasn't seated right causing a slight downward alignment... But that would also cause a low strike on the primer... Did you notice where the primer was being hit? If off center that could be it...

Good idea. I'll have to check my brass I brought home to see where it was being hit. Thanks.

Maybe the wrong sights were installed on it? Would think if it were a barrel issue, you'd be having a lot of FTF and FTE issues.

Edit: Nevermind - didn't see the last part in the OP saying the issue was resolved.
