My wife has a Glock 26 Gen 4 that is fairly new (July 2012). We have been to the range only twice with this pistol. The first trip, there were no problems. This was about a couple of months ago. She probably ran about 100 rounds thru it that day with WWB. Today we went again and I also took my Glock 19 Gen 4. We were using two different types of ammo today, WWB and Federal 100 round Value Pack from Walmart. She probably ran 100 rounds thru the model 26 today, and it jammed about 10 times. Some of the time, she was using her her stock 10 round magazine and once with my 15 round. I was shooting the same ammo and I never had a jam. I did not notice if on each jam it was a certain bullet, either the WWB or Federal. I should have checked but I just threw the bullet away. When I shot a magazine thru it, it did not jam with me. I checked to make sure her grip was not preventing the slide from going back. Any ideas? Thanks.
When I say it jammed, here is what I mean: the slide was locked back or "open" and the new unfired round was crooked inside the chamber. I removed the mag and pulled back on the slide each time to eject the unfired bullet. Thanks.
