Default Glock 26 pinky pinch

When I shoot my Glock 26, I usually get my pinky pinched between the frame and the magazine. I normally hold it with my pinky wrapped up on the frame, but should I be holding it with it curled up underneath?

I tried the Pearce extensions, but they sometimes pinch on the front of the grip. Not as bad as the pinky pinch, though.

Any suggestions? Rubber O-ring to close up the gap between the mag and the frame?

I have the same problem with the pierce extensions. I don't use them anymore for that reason. I actually love shooting it without any extensions. I just curl my pinky as u said and it works for me.

Or, you can use G19 (or G17) magazines with the grip extension sleeve. Just a thought.

Cheers!

The only problem is these aren't available for the gen 4 models yet. Or at least that's what I've been seeing. If you know if them for the gen 4, please let me know where to find them. Thanks.

Last year, long before all the madness started (i.e., long before November ), I bought 10 G17 G4 mags at Sportsman's Warehouse, and they are for the G4 (notched for Gen3 and Gen4 mag release latch on both sides).

With the madness? Who knows.

I did a thread on the subject last year, lemme see if I can find it....

I use the Pearce +1 pinky extensions and had the pinch also. I just rounded off the sharp edge on the Pearce part and pinch is now history.

The use on an O-ring may cause you issues of the mag not fully seating all the time IMO

Yeah I had that problem on my G27 also. Took some sand paper knocked off the sharp edge on the extension and problem solved

Fixed my 26 also... thought it was pinching until it sliced my finger and figured out it was the sharp edge
