Default Which Ghost Connector

I have a new Gen 3 21SF pistol and have already installed the NY1 (Green) trigger spring. I am looking for a Ghost connector that will keep the trigger pull at 5.0 to 5.5 lbs. Which connector should I get?

LWD 3.5 lb connector. Don't use the Ghost connectors. Use the Lone Wolf connectors. Trust me on this one.

Is there a problem with the Ghost? A lot of people seem to be using them.
I was going to get a drop in, not a file to fit model.

The factory pull is listed at 5.5 pounds, so if you are trying to keep it at that why do you need an aftermarket connector? The ghost 3.5 by it self will not give you a 3.5# pull, you also need to replace your striker spring and your trigger connector spring.

Without replacing the springs you will have just under a 5# pull.

Im using a ghost, the diffrence between the Ghost and the Ghost Rocket (file model) is that the rocket also allows you to reduce your Over Travel, eg trigger movment after the striker is released. This is what you are actually filing, you file it until you can pull the trigger.

I actually use a lone wolf uts for that, and it is adjustable.

Im also using the Ghost 3.5 drop in.

3.5# would be the right weight to get. Not sure what the difference is between Ghost and LWD. I've used the LWD in the past by it's self in a G22 that I had and I like the let off/break of the trigger. Really that's all the Connector is going to do, adjust the let off/break, the Trigger Spring controls the pull up to let off/break along with the striker spring. Since I use CCI primers to reload with I keep my striker springs stock, need all the "umph" I can get to fire off the CCI primers.

My business is replacing connectors and improving the triggers and operation of Glocks. Ghost connectors are inconsistent and I have actually had one go full-auto on me once before. I quickly replaced it with a LWD connector. Now I use all LWD connectors. They're more consistent and actually provide less resistance which is what you want for the lighter trigger pull.

That sounds bizzar, was that the only mod done? I agree that the finish or polish is one of the reasons to get the ghost, but I also thought there was a slight pitch diffrence too between the Ghost and Stock connectors.

Im sure there would be alot of interested people if all it took was a trigger bar mod to make a gun go full auto. Of course in your instance it was unexpected which can be very dangerous.

I like LWD products, I have only heard people really talk about the ghost connectors and with all the reviews I have read and youtube clips I have seen, this is a first I have heard of that issue.

I don't doubt your claims by any means, just courious about the other aspects of the weapon.
