Default Converted another to the kingdom of Glock

Met a coworker at the range with his .40 Sig. I couldn't believe the trigger travel it had and the coworker(new shooter) had shots all over the target.
I brought a few Glocks for him to try and after shooting my G34 he was hooked.
He put a clips worth in a 3" target and fell in love with the gun. I told him he could make the Sig work for him but it would just take practice. Personally I found it more difficult staying on target with all that travel as compared to the G34(with 3.5# connector) I'm thinking his next purchase is a Glock.

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

Don't worry, before I went into the military many eons ago, at the age of 18, I was a "clip-a-holic." Everything was a clip. Heck, even bb's I put in my Red Ryder when I was just a wee thing was a clip.
I meant no harm. I was just funnin' ya!

Way to go, another convert.

And for me, the clip / magazine thing has gotten way old.

I think the clip word is something we pick up as children from TV and such. If you show a kid a magazine and ask him what it is he would most likely say "clip".

Well, I have to admit, at least you are like me and have a good sense of humor about it. Some just get all cranky about it, be it they say "clip" or not.

What model Sig? I find my Sigs to be highly accurate, even with the long initial DA pull. But, I agree the DA/SA isn't ideal for newer shooters.

Glad to hear he was able to tighten his groups with the Glock.
