Default Have a G26 - what next?

I have a G26 and love it. I feel pressure to get another Glock in light of the political climate right now. Should I go with the G19, which is obviously a great choice, or should I go with the .40 cal G27 or G23? Currently, the G26 is my EDC. Thanks.

The 19 is definitely a great choice. It will save you cost on ammo too since you will already be buying 9mm for your 26. You can never go wrong with the 19.

Since you use the Glock 26 for EDC, maybe you could go larger with a Glock 17 or even a 34. You could use the larger mags with the Glock 26. Are you looking for another concealed carry gun, a range gun, home defense? The Glock 34 would be my choice for range, self defense, or SHTF.

I'm in the same boat. I love my 26, but am looking to get another Glock before things get too sticky. I've no idea which one though. Thinking between the 30,the 23, or maybe the 19. If the magazine capacity is restricted to10 rounds, I'm leaning to a heavier caliber.

I like they way you think Jimmy! I would get another 9mm personally. After you have two, then branch out to a different caliber.

OR, get a 23/22/35 and then buy conversion barrels for 357 sig or 9mm. I am a fan of just owning a second gun, but the conversion barrels seem to do well.

Yeah conversion barels are definitely cheaper, but having two firearms is a plus. They are dedicated to that caliber and more reliable than a .40 to 9mm conversion. Also, you can hand one to a friend and use the other yourself in a sticky situation

You may want to get a 40cal, G27 to also have. While 9mm ammo may be cheaper then 40cal, all the 9mm at the two stores I frequent is sold out. The 40cal ammo is not.A gun without ammo is as good as a brick.

If you want more of a variety get a nice little pocket pistol to carry if you need something smaller, lighter, and slimmer. I love my s&w bodyguard .380. Or a nice pistol grip shotgun to tuck under the mattress for home defense. Every house hold needs a good shotgun!

If the 10 round ban went into place, I think this would be a good choice. The whole capacity argument in the caliber debate goes out the window when you're limited haha.
