If you're going to sell it at some point, I would think that the g23 would sell quicker and maybe bring more than the g32. I don't think people are very familiar with .357sig, they think it's expensive to shoot and Walmart doesn't carry it, they know that .40s&w is common, etc. Could be dead wrong, who knows.

I see your logic. More people buy .40's then .357 Sigs.

Well finally pulled the pin and purchased a Glock 23 (Gen 4) today. My first Glock!

Shot 150 rounds thru it, and at the end it was giving me a bit of grip bite. Pinky and fingers were getting a bit sore. Orderd some Talon grips when I got home, so hopefully next trip is a bit less painful.

Congrats! I'm sure it will serve you well. I have 2 of them lol. Bought my first one about 5 years ago and have been carrying the second on duty for almost 2 years.. Never an issue with either one of them. Carry with confidence, sir.

Oh and about the grip bite, it's fairly common and there are a few fixes for it. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will chime in. I've just kind of gotten used to it.

Yea, hopefully the Talon Grips help some. I have began accessorizing it. Ordered sights, .357 sig and 9 mm barrels to try..

Should be a fun experiment. I'm guessing a 19 will be my next purchase in time.

If your like me. You will put that .357 sig barrel in and never take it out. I originally bought .357 Sig barrel just because it was an easy conversion. Many years & two Glock 27's later. The .357 sig barrel still in. My 27 gen.4 .40 S&W barrel probably has less then 200 rounds through it, lol.

I do. I was at the range the initial shooting and a range guy who gives out advice was watching and gave me some suggestions towards the end. These helped. So next time, I'll try and see how it helps. Plus it has Talon grips now also.

Ballistically, they are not that much different, but people who like the snap and pop of 40 will definitely like the laser beam and loudness of 357. I know I do, just wish ammo was cheaper and more available. So I carry 40. But one of my favorite things to do at the range is to go from 9 to 40 to 357sig quickly. It a lot of fun and 357sig is the most fun.

I always wanted to get a Glock 35 and put the longest 357sig barrel I can find in it for a laser beam of a gun. But I am getting a Glock 40 MOS instead.

10mm and 357sig - so much fun to shoot but sadly cost alot.
