Decided to add one more layer of pearl white Cadillac paint yesterday. Made a world of difference.

Go nail polish or auto paint. It's not as affected by heat and solvents like crayon is.

Default My lettered G27 Gen 4

I decided to delve into this arena tonight and here are my first results. I plan on giving it a better try tomorrow. I am having problems with the Glock logo on the serial side of the slide. Hoping to be able to solve this one.

Congrats. Go with what works for you.

300 rounds in one range session. Indoors. For me it Melted away. I wasnt using a "good crayon" though.

Are using paint or crayon? If Paint/polish, let it flow in and dry for an hour before hitting it with the polish cleaner. Go lightly when you start cleaning it off. Light swirls. If you press to hard, the cleaner gets into the cutout and starts to pull the paint/polish out.

Any suggestions on how to remove the crayon, if I go that route?

Heat it and wipe it out. You'll have to do it a could of times and may have to get into the crevices. Clean it thoroughly with the non-acetone cleaner.

A toothpick should get a large amount of it out. That is what I used to remove the majority of the nail polish on mine.
