Default NRA Multiple Registrations for Firearm Insurance

I've been receiving emails from the NRA for the free firearms insurance offer, free coverage up to $2,500

Thing is, I keep getting them and the text says I need to register for the coverage, when I already have.

Is this just fishing attempts for bumping your coverage, or do I need to register annually to keep this coverage in place?
