The one on the right is the only round i found that seems to be visibly setback. I don't have a kinetic hammer or anything yet to pull any rounds and weigh and compare components separately as much as id like to.

Yup, that one is on it's way from set to back. Imagine it's the first round in the mag, and the last out, it could go back about .003" per trigger pull.

That ones going in my junk drawer. Im not going to risk an overpressure and blow it up. I have a factory fiocchi round in there that is bulged and im glad it was bulged enough to where it didn't fire out of battery. I've had the most ammo issues with .357 sig over any other caliber..

I've used only Sig Sauer's ammo, and Critical Duty, no issues with either of those FWIW.

Get the good stuff for SD 357. For high volume shooting, spend $100ish on a 40 cal drop in barrel, as that ammo is much less expensive.

Kris, there is nothing wrong with good quality 357SIG ammo, but marginal/poor quality reloads, of any caliber, can cause problems from function to KaBooms. I've witnessed 9mms/40S&Ws/45acps/10mms and 38Supers rupture and KaBoom...

Anyone who doesn't reload (their own) is far better off to spend a bit more and get the quality. And yea, I have no idea what new ammo costs, because I never buy it, and get my carry ammo for free, but a $100 LoneWolf barrel in 40S&W is a economical way to go, or a 9mm conversion. The 165/1180 grain 40S&Ws will not feel as sharp as a 357SIG.

Wow, 357SIG is expensive, looks like you could make up the cost of a barrel in 500 rounds (which is the cost of a Dillon Square Deal auto progressive loading press, including dies)

on the right, a loaded round with every pull of the handle.... forever. I really don't like reloading, but enjoy the nose the press makes.
